1. Comprehensive Teacher Training
The Teacher Training Program is an intensive professional development experience designed to equip educators with the knowledge, strategies, and confidence to successfully implement the Reading & Rhythm methodology. Through two full days of hands-on instruction (12 total hours) plus follow up sessions in person and online, participants gain a deep understanding of how rhythm-based learning can transform literacy instruction and create more engaging, effective learning environments.
2. Evidence-Based Instructional Strategies
Throughout the training, educators learn how rhythm and tempo can improve reading fluency, strengthen focus and concentration, and help students overcome common learning barriers. Participants are introduced to the program's seven structural rules for eliminating poor reading habits, along with practical techniques for teaching phonics, decoding complex words, expanding vocabulary, improving spelling, and developing stronger literacy skills across diverse learners.
3. Empowering Student Success
The training also introduces the program's unique Non-Linear Comprehension™ strategy, which teaches students to think like the writer rather than simply read the text. By mastering these proven instructional methods, educators leave the program prepared to increase student engagement, improve reading comprehension, and create meaningful, lasting academic growth within their classrooms and school communities.
