The Rhythm of Empowerment Program assists patients fighting cancer by reducing health-related stress, and feelings of helplessness caused by chronic illness.

Program Goals

• Decrease stress associated with cancer and cancer treatment
• Increase desire for patients to take an active role in their healing
• Lead patients toward feelings of comfort and a connection with their spirituality

• Weekly workshops
• Program debriefing and reflection session
